**1. How much does a custom walk-in closet cost in San Jose?**
Every project is custom, so pricing depends on size, materials, and features like LED lighting or glass doors. The fastest way to get an exact number is with an in-store consultation.

**2. How long does a project take from design to installation?**
Most closets and storage projects take 3–8 weeks from final design approval and payment to installation; larger kitchen or multi-room projects can take longer. We will give you a clear timeline before we start, and our own team handles the installation.

**3. Do you offer free consultations?**
Yes. Visit our showroom at 1926 Junction Ave, San Jose, to see materials and finishes in person, or call our office. We'll set up an appointment to discuss your project, take measurements, and prepare a design proposal.

**4. What areas do you serve?**
We're based in San Jose and serve the greater Bay Area, including Santa Clara, Sunnyvale, Mountain View, Palo Alto, Milpitas, Fremont,  Campbell, and more

**5. What's the difference between your custom closets and IKEA PAX or other store-bought systems?**
Store-bought systems come in fixed sizes — you work around them. Our closets are built to your exact measurements, so there's no wasted space, no filler panels, and no awkward gaps. We also offer materials and finishes — walnut, cane webbing, textured panels — you won't find in flat-pack.

**6. Can you build for irregular or angled spaces?**
Yes — that's our specialty. Sloped ceilings, angled walls, and awkward corners are where custom work shines. We design around your room's exact shape so you can use every inch for storage.

**7. What materials and finishes do you offer?**
A wide range: wood veneers (walnut, white oak, light oak), matte lacquers, cane/rattan webbing, glass doors, wood slats — plus integrated LED lighting and soft-close hardware.

**8. Do you only do closets, or kitchens and bathrooms too?**
We do it all: walk-in and reach-in closets, wardrobes, sliding doors, kitchens, bathroom vanities, TV feature walls, home offices, mudrooms, and entryways.

**9. What does the process look like?**
Free consultation & estimate → agreement & deposit → measurements → design proposal & payment → build → professional installation by our own team. One team from start to finish — nothing gets lost between a designer, a contractor, and an installer.

**10. Will I see a design before you build?**
Yes. We present a design proposal for your approval before anything goes into production, so you know exactly what you're getting.

**11. Do you sell sliding doors separately?**
Yes. Our custom sliding doors — wood or mixed finishes — can be ordered on their own to upgrade an existing closet.

**12. Where is your showroom and when are you open?**
1926 Junction Ave, San Jose, CA 95131. Open Monday–Saturday, 9:30 AM–4:30 PM. We recommend booking ahead so we can give you our full attention.

**13.Do you work with interior designers and contractors?**
Yes — we regularly partner with designers, remodelers, and contractors across the Bay Area on custom cabinetry and closet packages.

**14. Is there a warranty on your work?**
We stand behind our craftsmanship. Warranty details are included in your project proposal — ask us about them during your consultation.
